What the conference package covers

A conference budget is easier to defend when it is clear what the per-delegate figure buys. Our packages start at TZS 45,000 per delegate, and the conference page sets out the inclusions for each one.

Quoted per delegate

The package rate is built around the delegate: the hall for the day, the standard conference set-up, and the catering breaks that go with the programme you have chosen.

Quoted separately

Accommodation is priced per room and per night, so it sits outside the delegate rate. Our room types and their rates are listed on the accommodation page. Anything unusual — an early start, a specific equipment requirement, a residential programme over several days — is quoted against what you actually need.

Getting a firm figure

Send us the dates, the delegate count and the shape of the programme. We reply with availability and a full quotation, rather than a rate you have to interpret.
